On the upload form, simply write “Gift for [Name]” in the notes section.

Include the recipient’s email address so we can send the results and Zoom link directly to them.

If you'd like the gift to be a surprise, enter your own email and we’ll send the materials to you instead.

Due to the personalized nature of each video analysis and drill plan, refunds are not offered once a submission has been received.
