Who is JAck ?


Jack Munro is a 21-year-old rising star in the world of professional pickleball, splitting his time between Thousand Oaks, California, and Austin, Texas. Currently studying Economics at the University of Texas at Austin, Jack combines his academic focus with a deep passion for the sport.

At just 12 years old, Jack made history as the youngest player to reach a 5.0 rating in pickleball. Since then, he has built a remarkable career, earning sponsorships from major brands like Engage Pickleball (2014–2018), and currently representing Ellesse, Pro XR Pickleball Paddles, F3 Energy, and Hesacore Grips.

Jack’s goals are as ambitious as they are inspiring: to consistently podium in APP and PPA tournaments, win a Major League Pickleball title, and lead the most successful and popular pickleball club at UT Austin. Off the court, he is passionate about content creation, aiming to build a strong digital presence that connects with fans and grows the pickleball community through engaging, viral content.

Jack is an entrepreneur and digital creator. He’s building a pickleball-focused platform to empower players, clubs, and brands with cutting-edge marketing tools. He also produces daily content across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, reaching over a million viewers monthly—and is now expanding into long-form storytelling and podcasting to deepen his connection with fans and newcomers to the sport.

Through his monthly newsletter “Jack’s Journal,” he shares a candid look into life as a pro athlete, innovator, and student—all while pushing pickleball’s growth on a global scale.
